DELIVERY TIME REQUESTS

Same day delivery –

Orders must be placed by 10am AEST

Petals of Putney can not guarantee if you place your order for valentines day on the day you would need to contact us via telephone or email before placing the order.

Deliveries to commercial addresses will be made during business hours (before 5pm). Deliveries to residential addresses may be made either during or after business hours.

If the order has a firm delivery time requirement or is urgent, please contact us via email or telephone so that we can advise delivery availability.

CANCELLATIONS

If cancellation is required more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date, a $15.00 cancellation fee will apply. If cancellation is required less than 24 hours from the scheduled delivery date, the order will attract a 50% cancellation fee. Unfortunately orders that have already been prepared and/or scheduled for delivery cannot be cancelled.

FLOWERS PLANTS GIFTS
We endeavour to make sure all arrangements delivered are identical to the images advertised on our website. However flowers, plants, wrapping and containers are seasonal and subject to availability on the day of delivery,Due to seasonal availability with certain flowers and arrangements pictured on this website may vary slightly in design or appearance to what is delivered. If a particular flower, product or container is unavailable, an item of similar quality and value will be substituted.

ALCOHOL

For Alcohol related purchases. All customers must be 18+ years of age to purchase a gift/ gift basket containing alcohol. Please be advised that an Identification check will be requested upon delivery of a gift containing alcohol.
